Pieterse High Voltage Engineering (PHVE) was established in 1998 by Mr Christo Pieterse who is the Owner/Member of the company.

Christo obtained his National Diploma in Heavy Current in 1994 from Pretoria Technicon and started working at Eskom where he got intensive training in the field of medium to high voltage systems and networks.
 

Since then, PHVE has done work for various companies in assisting them to either design a protection scheme or upgrading their protection scheme to enhance their electrical safety to save lives.
 

PHVE then entered into a contract agreement with Sibanye Stillwater, who currently is the biggest client.
 

PHVE has an energetic, vibrant and family culture where passion for protection is our main aim.
 

Christo Pieterse is the Protection Engineer and working with him side by side are the protection teams.
 

We constantly strive to enhance our knowledge in the protection field as this field is very specialized.
 

Our technicians attend Vaal University to further their studies and knowledge to stay in front with electrical protection
